A Charitable Gift Annuity (CGA) lets you make a meaningful gift to The Alexander Foundation and receive fixed payments for life. Your support helps children and families facing craniofacial challenges—and helps us educate the public about the mistreatment of people with disabilities while advancing dignity, inclusion, and respect.
What is a Charitable Gift Annuity?
Simple agreement. You make an irrevocable gift of cash or appreciated securities to The Alexander Foundation; in return, we pay you (and/or another beneficiary) a fixed amount for life.
Reliable payments. Payments never change and can be made quarterly, semi‑annually, or annually. Many donors appreciate the predictability in retirement planning.
Potential tax benefits. You may be eligible for a current income‑tax charitable deduction, and part of each payment may be tax‑advantaged. Please consult your advisor.
Impact that endures. After the lifetimes of the beneficiaries, the remaining value supports TAF’s programs and advocacy.

- Fund your CGA with cash or appreciated securities. We’ll provide transfer instructions and a short agreement to sign.
- Receive fixed payments for life, on the schedule you choose.

The Alexander Foundation is being maintained and controlled by the relatives of Alex Schon. None of the volunteers or family members are paid by the foundation. This means that all of the donations, except for a very minimal amount for supplies and tax work, are going directly to the foundation.
