A gift in your will or living trust is a simple, flexible way to support children and families facing craniofacial challenges for years to come. Your legacy also helps us educate the public about the mistreatment of people with disabilities and champion dignity, inclusion, and respect.

Sample will and trust language

You can also support TAF without changing your will by naming us as a beneficiary of certain accounts:

  • Retirement plans (IRA, 401(k), 403(b))
  • Life insurance policies
  • Donor‑advised funds (DAFs)
  • Bank or investment accounts via Payable on Death (POD) or Transfer on Death (TOD)

Ask your plan administrator for a beneficiary form and use the legal name, EIN, and address above. You can designate a specific dollar amount or a percentage.
